Dissolving Method

Add one partQR-518 into container first, add one part water

(roomtemp.) while stirring, stir for 30mins until themixture turn

into transparent liquid, then add the rest 2 parts water, stir for

another 30mins until fully dissolving.

Properties

1 . Give fabric soft, slippery, fluffy, rebound and drape handle；

2 . Has very good salt and alkali resistant, anionic resistance；

3 . Can be re-dyed without removing the softener;

4 . Low yellowing, had good durability and soil—releasing.

Field  of  Application

1 . Suitable for all kinds of chemical fiber of soft, slippery, fluffy and rebound finishing；

2 . Apply to the raising , sanding finishing of all kinds of velvets and softening finishing of yarn, sweaters；

3 . Apply to softening finishing of cotton, linen, viscose and blended fabrics；

4 . Applicable to both dye house and washing factory.

Application

a . Padding: Dosage: 20～50g/L(QR-518:water = 1:3 )

                    Temperature: room temp.

process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

b . Dipping: Dosage: 2～10%(o.w.f)

                   Temperature: 30～40℃

                    Liquor ratio: 1:10～15

                   Time: 30mins

Storage

Shelf life :12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
