Low Viscosity Softener Flakes FG For Printing And Dyeing House
SOULBIO FG is a hot-soluble softener flake with low viscosity.
It is suitable for chemical fibe, cotton, hemp and blended fabric softener, can also be used for
dyeing and printing and coating. In addition, it can also be used for sanding, raising the softening in printing and dyeing house.

Properties:
1.Impart excellent hydrophilic and antistatic property in polyester.
2. Good salt resistance, alkali resistance, anionic and hard water resistance.
3. Low yellowing and antistatic property in polyester.
4. Do not affect the hydrophilic when used with hydrophilic silicone and
copolymerized silicone.
Application:
Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.
Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution)
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30mins
Dissolving Method:
Temperature raising: Add the flakes in water(room temperature) gradually in the
proportion of 5-10%, stir and heat up to 65~70℃ and stir for 30-60 mins until the
flakes become even paste, then cool it down.
High temperature: Add the flakes in water (65~70℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%,
stir them for 30-60 mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
