Multifunctional Instant Dissolving Cationic Softeners Flakes GRS For Cotton
SOULBIO GRS is a multifunctional instant dissolving softener, which has very good elasticity, antistatic and repair pin hole. It can rapid dissolve at room temperature and give super soft and smooth hand feel to fabric.
It is suitable for all kinds of fibres, especially for cotton, T/C and synthetic fabrics.

Properties:
1 . Impart smooth, soft, elastic and exquisite handle to fabric.
2 . Good elastic resilience, pinhole recovery, delicate handle by formulated with silicone.
Dissolving Method:
Cold water: Add the flakes in water (30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5 mins, then leave them aside for 1-2 hours, stir the mixture again gradually to get an even paste.
Warm water: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of
5-10%, stir them for 3-5 mins, heat up to 50-60℃ and stir them for 30-60 mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
Application:
Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.
Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30mins
