Weak Cationic Amino Silicone Oil Super Soft And Smoothing Agent HM - 808

 
Silicone block copolymer HM-808 is compound of special block modified organic silicone, which can give soft, smooth hand feeling of cotton, cotton/nylon, T/C, polyester/viscose, modal fiber and blended fabric. And it is very suitable for dyeing and washing plants.

1 .To give cotton, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester,model and blended fabric excellent soft, 
drape, smooth and hand feeling.
2 . Minimal impact on the whiteness and color of fabric.
3 . Improve the hydrophilicity, permeability and  compatibility ability of fabrics.
4 . With the electrolyte resistance and good mechanical stability.
5 . With good salt, alkali and heat resistance.

 



Application:

Padding :  
Dosage: 5~30g/L                   Temperature: room temperature
      Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and 

two pads.

Dipping : 
Dosage: 3~10%(o.w.f)             

Temperature: room temperature
Time : 30mins                          

Ratio:  1:10~15
