Super soft and fluffy silicone SILISOFT180 is multi-component amino-modified polysiloxane.It's suitable for the fluffing and softening  finishing of natural fiber,synthetic fiber and their blended fabric,especially for fabric that have strict requirements on hand feel.It can give the fiber super soft,fulffy,firm and other special hand feel and style.

Properties:

1.Impart excellent soft,fluffy,smooth and firm hand feel to fabric

2.It fades less in the process of padding or dipping and has no effect on color shade

3.Has good drape and wrinkle resistance and it has finishing effect of durable washing

4.Give super soft and fluffy and smooth hand feel to fabric,especially for denim fabric. It also can eliminate red light.

5.Suitable for finishing of yarn,sweater,coral fleece,flannel and velvet.

Suitable for finishing of cotton,linen,chemical fiber and their blended fabric especially for flannel. It will have excellent soft,fluffy,smooth,full and resilience hand feel

Padding:

Dosage:10-30g/L                                 Temperature:room temperature

Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

Dipping:Dosage:1-4%(o.w.f.)                  Temperature:30-40°C

Liquor ratio:1:10-15 Time:30mins 

Storage and packing:

Shelf life:Six months when store in cool,dry and shaded warehouse

Packing:120kg plastic drum
