Hydrophilic , Pale Yellow Laundry Softener Flakes ET Cloth Use

SOULBIO ET is a cationic softener with low  yellowing and good hydrophilic. It is suitable for washing

plant for denim, washing cloth and all kinds of clothes softener finishing.

Application:
        
Dipping:
                Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution)             Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
                Temperature: 40~50℃                                  Time: 30mins  

 

Dissolving Method:

Cold water:  Add the flakes in water (30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, 
stir them for 3-5mins, then leave them aside for 1-2 hours, stir the mixture again
gradually to get an even paste.
 
Warm water:  Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion
of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5mins, heat up to 60-70℃ and stir them for 30-60mins again
until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
