Alkali Resistance Cationic Softener Flakes AF -2 With Good Salt Resistance
SOULBIO AF-2, a AEEA free softener, is compound of fatty acid amide with low foam, good salt
and alkali resistance properties. It gives textile good soft, smooth and plump hand feeling.
This softener is suitable for the finishing treatment of cotton, hemp, silk, chemical fiber, yarn
and blended fabric, and also for denim and a variety of clothing, especially for printing and
dyeing factory.

Application:
Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.
Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30mins
