SOULBIO AF-11S, an AEEA free softener, is compound of fatty acid amide, which can give soft,
smooth and fluffy hand feel to cotton and other fabrics.
It is applicable to the softening treatment of cotton, hemp, silk, chemical fiber, yarn and blended fabric, and also for denim and a variety of clothing.

1 . Impart very soft, fluffy and full handle to fabric, low yellowing.
2 . Good salt and alkali resistance, resistance to hard water.

Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30mins
Temperature Raising: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in
the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5 mins, heat up to 65-75℃, then stir
them until completely dissolved (30-60 mins).
High Temperature: Add the flakes in water (65-75℃) in the proportion of 5-10%,
stir them for 30-60 mins until the flakes become an even paste, and then cool it down.
