Dissolving Method
Note: It is recommended to dissolve SOULBIO CX at water temperature 50 ℃ and not
recommended to dissolve SOULBIO CX at water temperature higher than 70℃.
Temperature raising: Add SOULBIO CX (charge by proportion of 5~10%) into water at room
temperature gradually, start heating up to 45~60℃while stir, and keep stirring for 30~60mins
until the flakes complete dissolving, then cool it down to get the solution.
High temperature: Add SOULBIO CX (charge by proportion of 5~10%) into hot water
(45~60℃) gradually, and keep stirring for 30~60mins until the flakes complete dissolving, then
cool it down to get the solution.

Low yellowing & color change & good resistance of salt, alkali and hard water

Suitable for cotton and their blended fabric, both knitted and woven
Compare with similar softener, better touch on woven fabric
Very suitable for fluffy hand feel finishing of cotton & TC & PES wax printing fabric
Application Method
Padding:Dosage:30~60g/L (10% solution) Temperature:30～40℃
Process: padding, pick-up 60-90%, Drying/Curing at 110–170 °C
Dipping:Dosage:2~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature:40~50℃
Liquor ratio:1:5～15 Time: 20-30 min
