        From April 15 to 17, the 25th CHINA INTERDYE was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, where Global Chemicals showcased a range of new textile auxiliaries. During the exhibition, Global team professionally welcomed domestic and international clients, engaging in in-depth discussions on product applications, cost optimization, and customized solutions. Several upgraded products designed for new fabric types received high praise from customers for their consistent quality. Simultaneously, we launched an online livestream, offering product explanation and coupons, successfully integrating online and offline participate in an exhibition.

   At 10:18 a.m. on March 28, a grand ceremony was held for the renovation of Global Chemicals R&D Building, as a key hub for the company’s research and development of textile auxiliaries and product quality control, its embodies technological innovation and a commitment to quality, laying a solid foundation for the company’s development. Our company has invested millions in this renovation and upgrade project, which will further optimize hardware facilities, improve the R&D environment, and elevate quality control standards.

          On the afternoon of March 31, Global Chemicals joined forces with the Party Committee of Tutang Village in Changping Town, Dongguan, to organize an environmental tree-planting event on the south side of the Changping Yungu Industrial Park, putting the concept of green public welfare into practice. At the start of the event, President of Global Chemicals Liu Jinwei and secretary of the Tutan Village Party Committee Huang Bingkang planted the first tree together. President Liu reflected on the company’s 30-year journey of growth and integrate green principles into the company’s development.

     On the afternoon of March 6, 2026, the Changping Town Women’s Federation and co-hosted by Global Chemicals and De Dao Shu Yuan, was held an etiquette lecture. The event featured a special guest lecture by Instructor Liu Yueyuan from De Dao Shu Yuan. Focusing on workplace attire, communication etiquette, and personal image, Ms. Liu delivered a vivid presentation grounded in theory but centered on practical application. Covering from speech and behavior to interpersonal interactions, she led interactive sessions that helped participants appreciate the beauty of etiquette.

    Global Chemicals was officially launched AI Mini Programon April 2, ushering in a new era of intelligent services. The Global AI Mini Program integrates three key features—a product catalog, an AI advisor, and a points mall, which is accessible via a simple search on WeChat. The platform covers four core product series, over a hundred products, and a vast collection of technical documentation, allowing users to instantly look up product specifications and application solutions with a single click. The AI advisor is available 24/7, accepting both voice and text inquiries, and provides precise, responses to technical questions quickly and accurately, ensuring all support for customer needs. The launch of this AI Mini Program marks a significant step in our digital transformation and serves as a new starting point for service upgrades.

          On April 10, 2026, Global Chemicals was invited by the Changping Emergency Management Bureau to participate in a safety management sharing session for enterprises using hazardous chemicals in Changping Town. Manager Xiong from the Global Safety Management Department took the stage to present to the leadership of the Emergency Management Bureau, experts, and representatives from various enterprises. He provided an in-depth analysis of Global Chemicals practical safety management experience from four key perspectives: safety management objectives, prevention of environmental pollution, elimination of fire and explosion accidents, and compliance with laws and regulations.

           On February 26 (the 10th day of the first lunar month), all staff at Global gathered for the Year of the Horse work resumption and the celebration of the company’s 30th anniversary. President Liu Jinwei delivered a speech, extending New Year’s greetings to all colleagues. He emphasized that the Year of the Horse filled with opportunities and challenges, calling on everyone to write a new chapter in Global Chemicals development and pay tribute to the 30th-anniversary celebration.

       On the evening of February 6, 2026 Global Chemicals Spring Festival Party and the 30th-anniversary celebration officially commenced. During the event, President Liu Jinwei delivered a speech, reflecting on the company’s 30-year journey of perseverance, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of all colleagues, and outlining a long-term development blueprint . The party show was featuring a succession of songs and dances written and performed by employees, which celebrated the spirit of perseverance and the original aspirations of hard work. The group of sister companies was joined us enthusiastically, continuous prize drawings site and red envelope giveaways during the live online broadcast.

     On January 22, Global Chemicals successfully held its 2025 Marketing Summary Meeting. All sales staff gathered through offline and online to reflect on the past and chart a new course for the future. The heads of each region reported their work in turn, providing a comprehensive review of the year’s marketing progress. President Liu Jinwei offered his assessment of the year’s work, commending the team’s pragmatic spirit in overcoming challenges and steadily driving performance amid industry pressures. He recognized outstanding teams and individuals, analyzed existing shortcomings, and clearly outlined the marketing direction and key tasks for 2026.

       On the evening of December 30th, Global Chemicals Multifunction Hall was hold the final quarter of 2025 birthday celebration. The event commenced a speech delivered by company leader Mr. Rao, who expressed sincere gratitude and bless to all dedicated brithday stars.

     On December 12, a fire emergency drill commenced at the Global chemicals industry park. Following the evacuation drill, all employees listen to the explanation of fire safety knowledge at the assembly point，which will effectively enhance their practical firefighting skills and emergency preparedness.

        In 2026, Global Chemicals will officially celebrate its 30th anniversary. Therefor, Global Chemicals will launch a year-long series of activities centered around the theme “Thirty Years of Excellence, Striving for the Future.” At the meeting, Global Chemicals officially announced a series of activities for 2026 include Exhibition in Shang hai, bithday party, public service activities, hike a mountain, team building etc.

     September 21–23, Global Chemicals attended the 41st Jiangsu Changzhou Academic Conference with multiple representative products, which for in- depth exchanges to explore cutting-edge technologies and development trends in printing and dyeing auxiliaries with industry elite.      At the annual conference, Global Chemicals’s booth was popular with its products and professional team. During the event, Huang Xuming, Director of Technology and Q&C at Global Chemicals, delivered a keynote “Innovation-Driven: Synthesis and Application of the Eco-Friendly Ester Quaternary Softener GB-9222.” He detailed the product's breakthroughs in environmental sustainability and practical applications, earning enthusiastic praise from the audience.      Global Chemicals will continue to focus on the field of textile auxiliaries, taking technological innovation as the driving force, and promoting the textile industry towards green and sustainable development with partners in the industrial chain.

   On the evening of September 26, Global Chemicals hosted an activity “Celebration of Mid-Autumn and National Day” at administrate building, the process includes bless and address of president, all kind of interesting games, claim a prize and lucky draw.     The event specially recognized employee who volunteered for duty patrol and remained at their post during typhoon, president Liu expressed his gratitude and presented award on the site. One of the sessions was to sing happy birthday to the third quarter’s birthday stars and share a birthday cake. Finally, the staff received the festival presents and red packages.      This activity not only build up a strong festival atmosphere, but enhance the team cohesion, demonstrating the company's deep care for its employees and its strong emphasis on the spirit of dedication.

    On July 4, Global Chemicals proceeded a mid-year fire evacuation drill in 2025. This drill comprised three segments: fire evacuation simulation, hands-on firefighting equipment training, and fire safety knowledge Q&A. By simulating real-world scenarios, the drill effectively enhanced all employees' emergency response and hazard avoidance capabilities, fortifying fire safety defenses. Safety is no trivial matter but prevention relies on everyone. Global Chemicals will safeguard fire safety alongside you!

Cationic softener flakes are solid, flake-shaped chemical formulations primarily composed of cationic surfactants (positively charged molecules) designed to impart softness, smoothness, and improved texture to various materials—most commonly fabrics, but also paper, leather, and fibers. Their cationic nature allows them to strongly adhere to negatively charged surfaces (like cotton, wool, or cellulose fibers), making them highly effective for softening applications.  

Nonionic softeners are a type of softening agent that carries no ionic charge in aqueous solutions, making them highly versatile and compatible with a wide range of other chemicals (such as anionic, cationic, or amphoteric substances). Their unique properties allow them to be used in various industries, primarily for softening, lubricating, and improving the texture of materials. Here are their key applications:   1. Textile Industry: Versatile Fabric Treatment Nonionic softeners are widely used in textile processing due to their compatibility with different dyes, auxiliaries, and fiber types:   Blended fabric softening: Effective for mixed fibers (e.g., cotton-polyester, wool-acrylic), as they do not conflict with ionic dyes or finishing agents, ensuring uniform softness across the fabric. High-temperature processing: Many nonionic softeners are stable under high temperatures, making them suitable for processes like heat setting or durable press finishing. Improving water repellency: Some nonionic softeners (e.g., those based on fatty acid esters) can enhance a fabric’s water resistance while maintaining softness, useful for outdoor textiles.

Softener flakes are solid, flake-shaped chemical products known for their softening, lubricating, and emulsifying properties. They find extensive applications across various industries due to their ease of storage, transportation, and dosage control. Here are their main uses:   1. Textile Industry: Enhancing Fabric Quality This is the primary application of softener flakes. They work by reducing friction between fibers, improving fabric hand feel and texture:   Natural fibers: Used in post-treatment of cotton, linen, and wool. For example, cotton fabrics become less stiff and more fluffy after treatment, while wool gains a smoother touch and reduced pilling. Synthetic fibers: Help reduce the "plastic-like" feel of polyester, nylon, etc., making them more skin-friendly—ideal for undergarments and home textiles. Yarn processing: Added during spinning to reduce friction between yarns, boosting spinning efficiency and making the final yarn easier to weave.

Primarily used in the textile industry for softening fibers and fabrics. 1. Natural Fiber Treatment: Used for finishing fabrics such as cotton, linen, and wool. For example, treating cotton fabrics with softener sheets can reduce stiffness and enhance bulk after washing; treating wool fabrics with softener sheets can reduce roughness and pilling. 2. Synthetic Fiber Treatment: For synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, softeners can improve their "synthetic feel" and enhance skin-friendliness. They are commonly used in the processing of underwear and home textile fabrics. 3. Yarn Treatment: Added during the spinning process, softeners can reduce friction between yarns, improve spinning efficiency, and make the finished yarn easier to weave.

The 23rd edition of China Interdye took place in 2024, at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition. Global Chemicals was invited to a variety of well-known products at this event. The 23rd China Interdye successfully concluded on April 19, 2024 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.   Since China Interdye is the biggest exhibition of dyeing industry in China, Global Chemicals attended to this exhibition as scheduled. During this period, the team brought various products including softener flakes/beads, silicone, hydrophilic softener and other well-regarded auxiliaries. Global Chemicals team warmly welcomed each visitor with enthusiasm, introducing them to the company’s products and providing solutions tailored to their handfeel needs. Throughout the three days, Global Chemicals received extensive attention and praise from visitors and also reached multiple cooperative intentions. Moving forward, we look forward to next meeting. On March 8, 2024, International Women’s Day, Global Chemicals organized a special activity for all of its female employees to enjoy and celebrate this special moment together. At the event, ladies are invited to making DIY moon-shaped fans for themselves and take a tea break. After explanation from the host about methods for decorating their handmade fans, the ‘goddesses’ for the day eagerly began working. During this time, we were able to see the fascinating works of art, each of them is made with creative ideas. By making these DIY works, the ladies enjoyed the pleasure of DIY crafts and spent a memorable holiday in high spirits. On this special day, Global Chemicals extends its wishes to all the goddesses: may the good fortune comes to you as blossoming flowers in the entire spring.  

On February 21,2024(the 12th day of the first lunar month), all staff members of Global Chemicals attended to the groundbreaking ceremony in front of the administrative building. It was the second time to organize new year ceremony at the same place. However, in this year, Global Chemicals is facing to brand new work challenge, let us jointly wish Global Chemicals a brisk business, we believe that it can steadily move forward, create infinity possibilities! On February 1, 2024, the Global Group hosted its Spring Gala with the theme of “Determined Goals, Forge Ahead” at the banquet hall of Changping Eurasia International Hotel. The gala was attended by all employees from Global Chemicals International Ltd. and Global Cosmetics (China) Company Limited to celebrate the farewell to the old year and the upcoming new chapter. At the start of the gala, President Liu of Global Chemicals reviewed the company’s challenge and opportunities over the past years and express his gratitude towards all stuff for their contributions to Gaobao. For 2024, President Liu proposed five major targets: adopt innovative thinking pattern, establish new partnerships and management approaches, enhance R&D investment with leading-edge thinking, advance brand development, and adapt to changing market demands. The inspiring speech from President Liu encouraged Global Chemical and its employees. The gala continued with melodious musical performance, passionate dances and spirited drumming... The spectacular performances and thrilling lucky draws repeatedly boost the atmosphere, making the venue thoroughly lively. Everyone was fully immersed in this wonderful, fascinating night. On December 28, 2023, the third quarter employees’ birthday party of Global Chemicals arrived as scheduled. We cherish every special moment in life, and Global Chemicals will not miss celebrating every birthday with you. Since it is the end of year, the theme “Smiles All Around, Stay With Our Life” was chosen for this party, hoping every member would experience the warmth of “smile” in winter, fill each birthday with smiles and happiness, and use smiles to pass through every moment. During the party, we offered our best wishes to every birthday member, and we participated in exciting games and lottery draws. All of which created a joyful and warm atmosphere, everyone celebrated together for the birthday boy or girl with surprises and cheerful voices. We are fortunate to meet and work side by side. On June 29th, Changping Economic Development Bureau and the team of Dongguan University of Technology visited our company to conduct an investigation into the maturity of intelligent manufacturing enterprises. The purpose of this visit was to understand the capability of intelligent manufacture in Changping Town and to encourage enterprises to carry out upgrads to achieve the goal of intelligent manufacturing. As the receptionist, Zhou Anmei, Deputy HRManager ,made an explanation about the facilities, equipment as well as the intelligent multifunctional devices during the survey. The investigators spoke highly of our company after the whole visit. They made it clear that our company has reached a leading level in staff allocation, technical creation and manufacturing. It was also stated that we should strive continuously and clarify the direction in an effort to spur the economic growth.    

On July 23rd, 2022 Academic Symposium of Fujian Textile Printing and Dyeing Auxiliary Manufacturing Industry Association was held by Industrial Information and Technology Bureau of Shishi at Shishi Honor International Hotel. In the era of joint fight against the epidemic, this event focused on "technology, innovation, environmental protection and win-win", to seek an effective path of promoting sustainable industrial development and enterprise upgrading. As a supporting party, Global Chemicals attended the meeting as invited. At the meeting, Huang Xuming, the R&D Manager, representing Global Chemicals, introduced theentire process of Global Chemicals R&D,production, the products series and applications, mainly recommended the products designed for Fujian market. At the conference, the exhibition team of Global Chemicals had friendly communicationswith customers and partners. As an important supplier in textile auxiliary industry, Global Chemicals has always been embracing the ideal of “good quality, sustainable development, win-win cooperation” , insisting on technology innovation to provide valuable solutions for our customers, meanwhile, helping them improve efficiency. The 14th Guangdong Textile Auxiliaries Industry Association Annual Conference and Textile Auxiliaries Exhibition was grandly held at the Regency Hotel in Shantou on August 19th-21st ,2022. The theme of this conference, shining a spotlight on “Enterprise, enlightening the future”, signifies the aim of promoting the stable and rapid development of printing and dyeing auxiliaries enterprises and related industries, strengthening the information communication among auxiliaries manufacturers, printing and dyeing enterprises, and raw material suppliers, enhancing technical communication and cooperation between industry chains, and popularizing new products applied with new technologies. Global Chemicals attended this exhibition as an invited key supporting party. Participating units this time include more than 20 leaders in the additives industry such as Elkem Silicone, and Hoinst, well-known textile colleges such as Wuhan Textile University and Wuyi University, as well as printing and dyeing and washing factories. Mr. Peng Cong'en, Deputy Mayor of Shantou, was invited to deliver aspeech, sharing the status and development direction of Shantou's textile industry, and putting forward new expectations for the development of the auxiliaries industry. At the meeting, Huang Xuming, the R&D Manager, representing Global Chemicals, briefly introduced the company development history and the overall process of production and supply. And gave a speech on the synthesis and application research of the innovative silicone grafted structure softener GB-7303.  

Global Chemicalsofficially becomes a bluesign® system partner. Global Chemicals is committed to the R&D, production and application of eco-friendly textile auxiliaries, aiming to provide textile dyeing and printing enterprises with high quality products softener flakes/beads, silicone fluids /emulsionsand hydrophilic softeners. At the end of 2021, Global Chemicals kicked off Bluesign® Project. Led by the project team,with the efforts of all departments, Global Chemicals passed the Bluesign® Audit, officially became bluesign® system partner in September, 2022.  

August 26, 2017, “Xing Huo Bei” the ninth China (Guangdong) textile auxiliaries industry annual meeting was grandly held in Xian Quan Hotel, Shunde, Foshan. The meeting attracted dozens of enterprises, including well-known enterprises, such as Bluestar New Chemical Materials Co. Ltd., Dymatic Chemicals, Inc., etc. Global Chemicals as vice president of the unit, led the Global team to participate in the exhibition and focus on promotion. The theme of the report meeting is “Eco – environmental, Protection is preferred”. The R&D Manager Hu Huanniao represented Global Chemicals to report “Application of a special structure anti – back staining agent in garment washing”. We mainly recommended two products in this exhibition. One is fluffy and smoothing agent HS-606, another is block copolymer silicone for nylon. Both of two products were very attractive and many clients inquired the information of them.

On the evening of August 10, 2017, the second quarter of 2017 employees’ birthday party with the theme “Move and Dance” was held in the multi-function hall of the administration building as scheduled. The party was celebrated birthday for 75 women and men. Tonight, there were exciting dance in the party, which was full of laughter. Every activity is recorded in Global’s memory. We will celebrate in your birthdays and move forward in your lives. We will leave and keep the happiest memories and deep friendship between you and Global.    

Since March 13, 2017, the new water plant was official put into use on August 10, 2017 after nearly five months of construction. The products that manufactured in the plant can achieve the expected quality. It is understood that the new workshop has 18 production lines, with an annual capacity of nearly 15,000 tons. The completion of the new workshop greatly improved the work environment of the staff. What’s more, the increasing production of new workshop will help Global Chemicals to provide customers with more and better solutions of textile softener.  

July 14, 2017, 2017 Global Sport Games was held as scheduled with the theme “New Start, Move Forward” in the Global Industrial Zone. The day of the events: the opening shows were filled up with youth; the game was intense and fierce; the dinner was full of laughter. The games gave competitors a chance to show themselves. Through the cooperation, they can enhance understanding of each other and increase the cohesion of all staff. In the competition, all the staff including our branch office was divided into four teams. There were twelve items in the game, which were competitive and interesting. The competition had two parts. One was beginning in the morning, another was in the afternoon. Every team had their members joined each game to compete. In the final of the competition, the champion is “Long Juan Feng” that was combined Marketing Dept. and Water Agent Workshop. The runner-up was “Yuan Hang Team”. It was consisted of Personnel Administration and other joint departments. “Tuo Bao Team” and “Tai Hang Team” were tied for third place. All in all, 2017 Sport Games of Global Chemicals was held successfully.    

After nearly half a year of design, decoration, layout, the Application Training Room of Quality Control Department has been completed in July and put into practical use. The layout of Application Training Room is combined theory and practice. It has separate operating room, training hall, fabric display room, internal and external sample display room and experience sharing wall. The training room is designed to enable the salesmen to have the basic knowledge and skills that needed to complete the business and to ensure that the salesmen are proficient in the company's product application. Meanwhile, training is to improve the marketing ability of salesmen, so that they can be more professional and efficient to serve the customers.    

May 12, 2017, in order to improve the professional skills of Marketing members, our company organized a visiting to a printing plant for them. All members of Marketing Department, some related engineers of Technical Department and After-sales Service Department joined this activity together. The site training won everyone's praise. Participants have expressed their benefit. The site training improved their professional skills and deepened their knowing of our products.

April 12-14, 2017, China Interdye 2017 was held grandly in Shanghai Expo. The fair attracted 630 exhibitors from 17 countries and regions and received 50380 professional visitors from 40 countries and regions in the world. The atmosphere was hot and the visitors were enthusiastic. Global Chemicals as a key exhibitor, our President Mr. Lau and General Manager Mr. Ko, led Global group to participate in this exhibition. Our theme of the exhibition this year is “Sailing through the waves ahead”. The booth design was based on blue and the whole design was elegant and generous. Blue and green represented environmental protection and quality stability of Global products. In this warm environment, we started our busy jobs: received the visitors, introduced new products, enhanced understanding of each other and discussed cooperation.   Negotiating…… Product explanation，listen by heart Detailed presentation Under the busy and orderly work, the exhibition was successfully concluded.

March 30, 2017, the first quarter of the annual employees’ birthday party was successfully held in the multi-function hall of the administration building. Birthday party of this season is for 62 employees who are on their birthday from January to April; we spent a happy time together. Party’s theme is "Beauty in the side; Love in Global Chemicals ". Thousands of days and nights spent in Global Chemicals and stepped on the road for thousands times and saw the Kapok tree flowers blooming and falling. Found the beauty around us, to identify and discover new changes in familiar environment. The party had pop quiz, intimate contact squeeze balloon, as well as according to the tips guess the words, we all had fun. At last, we lit birthday candles, sang birthday song and made our wishes together. You will have the warmest and happiest memories in Global Chemicals as same as you at home.

In order to optimize the office environment, to create a more spacious and comfortable new work atmosphere, our company will renovate the third floor office of the administration building. The renovation period is from mid-March to the end of April. During the period, the original office staffs carry out two transfer placement, temporary office located on the second floor of the original MB office area of the administration building. With the cooperation of the various departments, the transfer work proceeded smoothly and the project progressed smoothly. We are looking forward to working together to create a better working atmosphere in the bright office after the decoration.  

March 13, 2017, the construction ceremony of new water plant was held in production house. Three leaders and other people who are above supervisor attended the ceremony and witnessed the moment of company's new development together. The new water plant was constructed on the basic of the production house. In the meanwhile, we will transfer and increase 12 production lines of silicone. Annual production increased by about 30%, this plant is expected to be completed in October this year and then we will officially put into operation.

March 8, 2017, floriculture training and beauty photography with the theme of “Global Flower, Beauty Dream” were showed in the administration building of Promine. Most of female were the first time to do flower arrangement. They were so happy that they have chances to do by themselves. Laughter echoed in the hall.   Under the guidance of teachers, the ladies made their unique flower basket. They praised each other and received the special gifts that prepared by company. The ladies stood on the green ground and left the most beautiful memories of this festival.

To ensure that employees understand their health conditions, improve employee benefits, Global organized an annually physical examination for staffs on March 6, 2017. In the examination, there are routine blood test, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid of 2 items, chest X-rays, renal function and liver function of 2 items. The number of the participated staff was 130 in total.   Global kept connecting with Dongguan Youhua Hospital for smooth examination. According to the practical production of each unit and department, we made up the physical examination, made arrangement for production, took turns to organize staffs do the examination orderly. That made the exam goes smoothly. During the examination, Dongguan Youhua Hospital was well received by the staffs. Because some experts who are responsible for the specific items. And the hospital knew the views of workers in time, conveyed the requirements and tried not to miss a staff.

2017 commencement ceremony was grandly held in Global Industrial Zone on February 9 (Lunar January thirteen). All staffs are lined up to attend. We burned incenses, received red envelopes and watched a lion dance that is a wonderful beginning of Global in 2017.     2017 is the year that Global Chemicals refresh ourselves and start anew after 20th anniversary, is also an important year that we keep moving forward and creating a brilliant Global. As the saying goes, “A year’s plan starts with spring, an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening.” The meaning of commencement ceremony is that we need to set a new year’s goal, re-enter the working condition and prepare to meet new challenges.     What do the incenses burn is our new year’s expectations. What do the lucky lions dance is wishing that we can realize Global ambitions.  

Global Group held Spring Festival Party with the theme “Twenty Years’ Experiences, Future Decided in Intelligence” in Ouya Hotel on the evening of January 20, 2017. All the Global staffs and guests were dressed up to attend the party.     Last year was the 20th anniversary of Global Group. Time is in a hurry, Global has gone through ups and downs in the past two decades. A time tunnel led us back to two decades of memory. It showed us that twenty years hardship creates the brilliance of current Global. In the party, Global leaders Mr. Leung, Mrs. Leung and Mr. Lau made important speeches. Reviewed the past two decades, Global had overcome all obstacles and always try to create a beautiful prospect.     We prepared delicious food, wonderful programs and generous awards for everyone, which made the whole venue full of cheers, laughter and yell. That was the release of passion in 2016, also in the past two decades.     This is an annually pageant and reunion of Global. We are here to sincerely wish Global tomorrow will be better and Global Dream will be achieved under all of Global staffs’efforts!  

Global Chemicals celebrated the 20th anniversary and held a product seminar with local customers in Le Meridien Hotel in Bangladesh on November 25, 2016.   It has been said that “It is not your brand what you say about you. Your brand is rather that what others tell about you”.The real brand positioning of Global Chemicals International Ltd. was understood rightly by the comments of their customers made in their 20 years celebration event in a city hotel on 25th November in Dhaka. Md. Sirajul Islam, President of Tongi Chemical Traders Association one of the customers of Global Chemicals told that there is no alternative of Global’s softeners and there is no complaint from the customers. He also added that traders who are selling Global’s softener are happy and now it seems Textile Softener means Global’s Softener. This reporter was talking to customers attending at the event and most of them expressed their satisfaction about Global Chemical’s products. And that at the end remained as the best explanation of the company Global Chemicals International Ltd. and their products.     Figure 1: Global Chemicals International Ltd. and Eco COlour Chem team in their 20 years celebration program in Dhaka   The softener expert Global Chemicals and their Bangladesh agent Eco Colour Chem was celebrating 20 years completion of the company. As per Sk Masud Rana, Managing Director of Eco Colour Chem, the company is selling more than 180tons of textile softener per month in Bangladesh which is covering about 37% of Bangladesh’s total softener flakes demand. With such a big market share Global Chemical is certainly the largest softener flakes exporter to Bangladesh.     Figure 2: Jim JW Lau, President,Global Chemicals International Ltd.   Global is not only largest in Bangladesh but it is one of the largest softener flakes manufacturers in the world. Thecompany is producing more than 60,000 tons of textilesofteners and chemicals every year and became one of the biggest manufacturers in China. As per the company president Jim JW Lau, the company is currently exporting chemicals to Asian countries like Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, India,Pakistan and also to the US and South American countries.However 50% of Global’s global chemical exports come to Bangladesh.   When Jim was asked whether he is happy with their market performance in Bangladesh he told that we are happy but not content with it. Though we are exporting a lot to Bangladesh we still see huge untapped opportunities to grab here. “ Wehave around 50 different products but in Bangladesh we are mainly selling 7 products. So we see opportunities for new product lines here in Bangladesh. Especially for the silicone softeners, for which customers require a bit of care and processes in use. And that’s why we are planning to take Bangladesh customers to invite to China to train them on our products. We are also planning to increase more customer end training for those product ranges. We want to continue to grow in softener flakes and at the same time we want to strongly enter in the silicone and other textile finishing product ranges.” Jim, the President of Global Chemicals added. He mentioned that from February 2017 they are opening new production lines for silicone softeners.   Textile Today asked Jim if they have any plan for setting manufacturing plants in Bangladesh. He replied that the local demand and infrastructure issues don’t indicate a good time to set manufacturing facility yet. He emphasized that they are working here to create good brand and reputation along with their local agent Eco Colour to expand their business further.Manufacturing in Bangladesh could be a long term prospect he added.   Jim expressed his satisfaction over their local partner Eco Colour Chem saying, “Masud, our agent here started small 10 years back. And with a steady and quality growth he reached at this level. He was determined; he understood well what we want and delivered accordingly. We have a good reliable relationship.”   When asked-what would be the strongest part of his company,Jim mentioned about their strength in Research and Development. He added, “We invest a lot in R&D. We hire researchers, and we have strategic research partnerships with textile and chemical universities. Every day we are thriving for new products and for improving our existing ranges.”When asked about the shift of textile material from cotton towards manmade, he told that there is a shift but that is not like cotton is disappearing. “We feel to have strong presence in cotton softening and also we are ready for the market shift. This shifting trend is faster in China than in Bangladesh. But I think this will also come to Bangladesh and that’s why we are now ready with new product lines for synthetics, and synthetic blends fabric finishing.”

The brightest star in the night sky, which one is you? The third staffs’ birthday party of Global was held on November 9, 2016 with the theme of “Xing” Zhong You Ni. A song called “The Brightest Star in the Night Sky” brought us to the starry sky and found out our own constellations. People were very happy in playing the games named “Xing” You Ling Xi, Qi “Xing” Xie Li, “Xing” Zhong You Gui. Happy birthday! Let’s pass the gratitude and joy in Global.  

In the company's planning and organization, our experienced colleagues who come from all over the China gathered together on October 28, 2016. They were happy to be together and memorized the struggling period. Under the guidance of our staff, they visited the company with familiar feeling here. In the evening, we had dinner in villa and we were drinking while chatting. As president Mr. Lau said, we thanks a lot to every experienced colleague for their efforts and contributions to Global. Meanwhile, thanks them for still concerning about our company and maintaining our reputation. We are always welcome you to Global and keep connecting, also welcome you to participate in public welfare projects in the future. Let’s do something meaningful to society.

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival and commemorate the 20th anniversary of Global, we grandly held the Mid-Autumn festival party with the theme “Global Moon • Twenty Years’ Relationship” in the factory in the evening of September 12, 2016. All the leaders and staffs in our company were present. In the reunion night, people kept cheering with the brilliant stage, mellow wine, delicious moon cakes and fruits.   In the party, Mr. Lau brought us an inspiring but relaxing speech. After that, the women group of Global performed an opening dance. Then, we reveled in a song of “Chun Jiang Hua Yue Ye” which played by Guzheng. Next, a group of young boys showed us a full of passion’s street dance and a humorous magician played an amazing magic. What’s more, the production department sang a song called “My Good Brother” and material department brought us an excellent performance with gongs and drums which made us exciting. Global experienced twenty years’ troubles and difficulties, then we celebrated and reunited in the festival tonight. We looked back on the days that we fought together and greeted with each other. Let’s unite and fight together for our beautiful future.    

  Attending 8th China (Guangdong) Textile Auxiliary Industry Annual Meeting   2016 Textile Auxiliary Industry Annual Meeting of Guangdong Province was grandly held in Xianquan Hotel in Shunde on August 20, 2016.          

Music Party of Global Staffs’ Birthday     In the evening on July 28, 2016, the second birthday party in 2016 was held in multi-function hall as scheduled. The theme of the party is music, so we decorated the site with kinds of music elements. We designed that each game was linked closely to music. The familiar melody evoked the memories of our youth. The games included “listen to the sound guess song”, “you gesticulate I guess” and “guess song”. Every Birthday man and woman played games actively and made the atmosphere full of laughter and happiness. What surprised us was that someone guessed with great accuracy. Mei Huajian of Marketing Department performed a song called “You are My Eyes”, which push the party into climax. In the last game“guess song”, people played in a team and overcame all the difficulties in the way. It’s a pity that the fore groups lost at the third level. However, Liang Jingchu of Water Workshop won the game with the help of his friends and gained fat bonuses!   Tonight is unforgettable. Wish everyone has a healthy life, smooth sailing on career and daily life and owns your bright prospects!

The Winning Team-- Outdoor Diathesis Developing     From July 15, 2016 to July 16, 2016, 136 staffs of our company went to Shanwei RiYue Lake ecological garden and participated in two-day’s outdoor diathesis developing.   In the activity, it divided all the staffs into eight groups. So, they not only could cooperate with group members, but also could compete with other groups. The training course included Passion 99 Seconds, South-to-North Water Diversion, Through Thick and Thin, Passing Game, Super Roller Coaster, etc. It was full of challenge and tension.   The final game “Climb the Graduation Wall” made the activity to the climax. 136 trainees needed to climb that 4.2 meters wall only by themselves without any props. The fierce sun was hanging in the sky, everyone is sweating. Some people trampled on the comrades’ shoulder, others hand in hand with their brothers, they all tried hard to climb over the wall that seemingly impossible to overcome. Sweat blurred the line of our sight, cheers filled the air around our ears. In order to seize one more last chance, Mr. Ko tried his best to do 50 push-ups…   Unity! Mutual assistance! Finally, we, 136 trainees, conquered that 4.2-meter wall in 16 minutes, which was faster than we set the goal of the 44 minutes. That’s the power of team!   The trip is endless, the road is limitless. In the new journey on the road, we are not afraid to go forward with this powerful team!            

The senior management of our company’s cross -department has held a 14-day self-driving travel from June 17, 2016 to June 30, 2016, which is a work summary style dream trip with a theme “ The trip is endless, the road is limitless”. The members of cross -department group drove more than 5000 kilometers, went via the places such as: Xiaoqikong of Guizhou, Huangguoshu waterfall of Guizhou, Dali of Yunnan, Tengchong wetland of Yunnan, Puzhehei of Yunnan, Detian waterfall of Guangxi, Hailing Island of Yangjiang. They visited wonderful sceneries of the nature, shared happiness together, reviewed twenty years’ progress of the company and discussed the development of company in the future. With the infinite nature, they did these things all together and exclaimed “Global dream, endless trip, limitless road!”

Year 2016, it is the 20th year that Global Chemicals International Ltd. entered textile auxiliary industry to achieve its self-production and marketing. An opening ceremony of Global 20th Anniversary was held in the office building, and whole staffs and honored guests had attended the ceremony. In the lively and graceful atmosphere of ceremony, Global founder Mr.Leung, CEO Mr.Lau and general manager Mr.Ko had delivered wonderful speeches. It was the unveiling made by Mr.Leung and Mr.Lau that pushed the ceremony to a climax. A slogan “Pursuing our ‘Global Dream’”and the Global’s 20th anniversary Logo sculpture came into sight. Global’s twenty-year history was drawn out, just like the curtain was drawn aside. Global’s goal and dream is to realize product internalization and brand globalization, and nowadays, Global has prepared for a new journey and will work hard for a new chapter! Thanks for having you growing with Global in the future!      

According to the requirements of production and development, we have made preparations for laboratory expansion of R&D Department at the end of April, and it is in its final phase of renovation in May. Through a series of effective work, such as refurbishing walls, overhauling circuit, installing water pipe and adding lab equipment, the laboratory’s renovations has finished at the end of May, and it made lab get a new look, which was more spacious, brighter and tidier. Besides, the walls on the fourth floor and stairs of R&D building had been completely renovated, making staffs feel at home and pay more attention to work. The laboratory’s expansion is not only helpful to R&D work, but also good for research staff.        

The 15th China Interdye Fair was held in Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Convention Center from April 15 - 17, 2015. During the fair, numerous customers both at home and abroad were attracted by our booth that our staffs couldn’t attend to them all. And this fair not only shows Global’s strength in the aspect of production, technology and marketing, but also successfully brings part of our representative new products to the market.

Global Chemicals had successfully passed the ISO certification on August 4th, 2015.

We are going to visit our customers from 18th to 28th Aug  in Cambodia and Vietnam.

April 16th-18th, 2014, Global Chemicals attended the 14th China International Dye Industry Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition” held in Shanghai.

July 23th-24th, 2014, passed the Surveillance Audit of ISO9001 International Quality System.

    Global Chemicals had participated in The 16th International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition from April 13th to 15th 2016. The booth design was innovative and full of technology this year. Besides, all personnel dressed in unified clothes, which showed a tidy and skilful visual sense. And during the fair, each group and its members carried out their duties and cooperated very well, which showed not only the professionalization of Global but also the “Textile Softener Expert” corporate image of Global.

Global Chemicals had successfully passed the ISO certification on August 4th, 2015.

The 7th China (Guangdong) Textile Auxiliaries Industry Annual Meeting was held at Xian Quan hotel in Shunde, Foshan from Oct 9 to 10, 2015. Through this meeting, Global brand popularity can be promoted well in textile auxiliaries industry. And if all of companies make progress together, the textile auxiliaries industry will get a booming development. So, let's do it together!

Implementing ISO14001 environmental management system can enhance environment consciousness, management capability and safeguards of enterprise. For the needs of better development, Global will follow the ISO14001 standard. In the company’s leadership, the initial meeting was held on December 16, 2015, which is aiming to make department heads and ISO group members learn more about ISO14001. And wish we could pass ISO14001 environmental management system with our joint effort.

        Romance and Love of Global: whatever the bright rose, sweet scent chocolate and useful massage pillow, it shows that Global cares about staff. Global Chemicals’ Romance is just like a chemical reaction: Mg+ZnSO4=Zn+MgSO4, your beauty (Mg) steals my heart (Zn). Global Chemicals Romance in Women's Day, you deserve it!

    April 18th, 2016 is a special day. It is today that the first staff retired from Global Chemicals over the past 20 years. After the approval of Planning Office, Ande Xie supervisor of Production’s softener flakes workshop retired from Global Chemicals, and a farewell meeting was held for him.   In the meeting, the CEO, Mr. Lau expressed heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Xie for his hard working over the past six years and gave present to him on behalf of the company. In addition, Planning Office director (Mr. Rao), Technology director (Ms. Wan) and Production director (Mr. Luo) had also showed their recognition to Mr. Xie and shared the stories about him. Of course, the colleagues who have worked with Mr. Xie also extended their respects and deep dismay to him. Finally, they took pictures together as a souvenir.   Six years, as if a moment, you’ve worked for Global responsibly as always. Thank you so much for every effort for Global, and wish you good health and long life!

    The first Global birthday party of 2016 was held in the multi-function hall on March 24, and the party had more fun than ever before. In the joyous atmosphere, staffs spontaneously put on wonderful performances for birthday persons, and all shows express the best wishes for the birthday persons, whether funny games, attractive dances or beautiful songs. Besides, the soft light and melodious music reflect the warm atmosphere of the party, and everyone enjoys this beautiful time with great joy and happiness.

After the Spring Festival, staffs have returned to their jobs beamingly on the eighth day of the first lunar month. All staffs attended the commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. on the eleventh day of the first lunar month. At the ceremony, Global CEO, Mr. Lau, delivered a New Year’s speech to express his best wishes and heartfelt thanks to staffs. Besides, a dancing lion was invited to do New Year greetings, to drive away any harm and pray for a successful business!

With the whole staffs’ efforts, Global has made a great success in 2015. For appreciating staffs’ hard working over the past year, a “Plum Blossom in Cold Winter” Spring Party was held on January 29, 2016. Whether the warm and impassioned president speech, the emotional awards ceremony of Service Award, the wonderful and eye-catching shows or the exciting lucky draw, it brought the party to a peak. And everyone in the party had a great fun!

The Inter-departmental Annual Meeting in 2015 was held at Wuzhen,  Zhejiang on January 22, 2016. In the meeting, all departments had made a comprehensive summary of 2015 and a working plan for 2016, and Mr. Lau, the CEO of Global, expressed his approval for the great results of all departments. The year 2015 was a tough year for printing auxiliary. But even if in a worsened market condition, Global not only achieved the sales targets, but its annual sales and profits have made a new record, which was regarded as the best birthday gift for Global’s 20th anniversary. And we owe this success to the hard working and efforts of the whole staffs. Since we choose the far distance, we should insist it regardless of winds and rains. And we also believe that we will make a great success in 2016, just like the year 2015.  Fighting, 2016! 

It has ushered in the important moment of looking backward and forward after working hard for a year. It is detailed explanation of products, in-depth analysis of market, and profound summation of work and prospect of bright future which make the annual meeting meaningful!

With the unremitting efforts of staffs, Global has made a glorious achievement, which reached a new peak. A buffet barbecue party was held on 22th December to thank staffs for their hard working. The party is great, there were a lot of lucky drawings in the party, and everybody had enjoyed it.

The third interesting birthday party in 2015 was held at November 4th evening, all birthday men enjoyed this happy get-together. There were a lot of fun games in the party, and the happiness can seen in every face until the party came to an end.

On 17th-20th October 2015, the wonderful 15th anniversary meeting for Global Chemicals and clients was held at Radisson Hotel in Bangladesh. Mr. Lau, the president of Global, was interviewed by local reporter about “How did Global Chemicals expand the Bangladesh market successfully”.

 2015 Global Chemicals' Second Birthday Party was held at August 13th evening. The party began with several wonderful games and lucky draw, and ended in sharing a big cake. All participants in the party had a great time, what a wonderful party!

A Fire Control Safety training was held by Dongguan Emergency Centre on July 30th, 2015 for enhancing staffs’ fire safety awareness and improving their fire skills and emergency’s reaction abilities. The presenter, Instructor Zheng, imparted the fire prevention, fire extinction and fire escape to our staffs in details.

 A training course about “How to be an excellent group leader” was held on July 26th. It is aimed to make personnels have more profound understanding of their own roles, and improve middle and bottom managers’ management skills.

We were invited to attend the “Spring of Science “concert in Changping on April 13, 2015.
