Amino Silicone Softening Agent for Fabric Finishing Process , Good Hand Feel

SO-2100 has good antistatic, washability and low yellowing properties.

Chemical Composition:

Multi-component amino-modified polysiloxane

Technical Specification:

Appearance	pale yellow or transparent viscous liquid

Properties:

1. Impart smooth handle to cotton, wool, linen, and blended fabric

2. Impart special wax. elastic and full handle to fabric

3. Impart antistatic, washability and low yellowing properties to fabric

Field of Application:

Applied to softening finishing of cotton, wool, linen, polyester and their blended fabric

Application:

1. Padding: Dosage: 10~15g/L (30% emulsion)

Temperature: room temperature

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2.Dipping: Dosage: 2~5% (o.w.f.) (30% emulsion)

Temperature: 30~40℃

Liquor ratio: 1: 10~15

Time: 30 mins

Storage and Packing:

1. Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

2. Packing: 120kg per plastic drum

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
