Chemical Composition: Fatty acid multiple compound.

Dissolving Method:

Add the product (10~50%) in cold or hot water (60~70 ℃) , stir the mixture until it completely dissolved and get an even paste, then cool it down.

Properties:

1. Impart soft and full hand feel to fabric.

2. Treated wool yarn and wool knitted sweater have full and elastic hand feel. 

Field of Application:

Applied to softening and fluffing process of natural and synthetic fibre, cotton, wool and blended fabric.

Field of Application:

1. Padding: Dosage: 20～30 g/L 

                   Temperature: 30~40℃
                   Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping: Dosage: 2～5% (o.w.f)

                  Liquor ratio: 1:10～15
                  Temperature: 40～50℃

                  Time: 30mins

Storage and Packing:

1. Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.

2. Packing: 120kg plastic drum.
