Soulbio B-RA (soft and fluffy softener beads in cold water)

B-RA is for kinds of towel,sweater and larger weight fabric of cotton and T/C fabric

Chemical Composition:Fatty acid imidazoline compounds

Technical specification :

PH Value	4.6~6.5 (5~10% solution)

Dissolving methods:

Warm water(30℃):Add the beads in water(about 30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 3-5 min, then leave them aside for 3-4 hours,stir the mixture again gradually to get an even paste.

High temperature : Add the beads in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%,stir them for 3-5 mins , heat up to 50-60℃ and stir them for 30-60 mins again until the beads become an even paste ,then cool it down.

Suitable for kinds of fibers,good hand feel to cotton,T/C and chemical fiber

Application:

Padding:Dosage:10-20g/L(10% solution) Temperature:30-40℃

Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

Dipping:Dosage:2-5%(o.w.f.) (10% solution) Temperature:40-50℃

Liquor ratio:1:10-15 Time:30 mins

Storage and packing:
