Hydrophilic Block Silicone for Chemical Fibre QSP-628
QSP-628 is a new block silicone. It has a brand-new molecular structure and is a quaternized modified multi-copolymeric silicone softener. The chemical fiber has good hydrophilicity with soft and smooth hand feel after using QSP-628. It is widely used in polyester, nylon, spandex and their blended chemical fiber fabric. And it’s also for the finishing of cotton, T/C fabric and denim.

Properties:

Application:
Recommended dilution ratio: usage: QSP-628: water=1:4
1.Padding:dosage 10～40g/L(after diluted)
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2.Dipping: 2～6%(o.w.f)(after diluted) Temperature:30～40℃
Liquor ration:1:10～15 Time:30mins
Storage and Packing:
Shelf life:Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing:120kg plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
