Dissloving method:

Warm water(30 ℃) :add the beads in water (about 30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10% ,stir them for 3-5 mins ,then leave them aside for 3-5 hours ,stir the mixture again gradually to get an even paste.

Temperature rasing : Add the beads in water (room temperature ) gradually in the proportion of 10-15% ,stir them for 3-5 mins,heat up to 50-60℃ and stir them for 30-60mins again until the beads become an even paste ,then cool it down.

Properties:Impart good softness,smoothness and fullness hand feel to fabric

Field of Application:

Suitable for kinds of fibers and fabrics

Apply for the softening finishing of cotton,C/T ,rayon,denim and their blended fabric

For the hand feel finishing of yarns and sweaters

Suitable for dyeing houses and washing plants

Application:

1.Padding :Dosage :20-30g/L(10% solution) Temperature:30-40 ℃

Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2.Dipping:Dosage : 3-8%(o.w.f.) (10% solution) Temperature:40-50℃

Liquor ratio:1:10-15 Time:30 mins

Storage and packing:

Shelf life:12 months when store in cool,dry and shaded warehouse
