Temperature raising:Low viscosity ,good liquidity

Add the beads in water (room temperature) gradually in proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up

to 70-80℃ and stir them until the beads become an even paste (30-60min),then cool it down

High temperature :High viscosity ,suitable for the requirements of high viscosity

Field of Application:

For dyeing houses and washing plants

Application:

Padding:Dosage 20-30g/L(10% solution) Temperature:30-40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

Dipping:Dosage 3-8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature:40-50℃

Liquor ratio :1:10--15 Time:30 min

Storage and packing:

Shelf life:12 months when stored in cool ,dry and shaded warehouse
