Dissolving Method

Temperature raising: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up to 70~75℃ and stir them for 30~60mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down. 【Recommended dissolving method】

High temperature: Add the flakes in water (70~75℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 30-60mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.

Properties

Has good hydrophilicity and antistatic properties to polyester, low yellowing

Impart soft, smooth and full hand feel to fabric

Has good resistance of salt, alkali and anionic

The diluted liquid has good liquidity

Field of Application

Apply to the fabric that has strict requirements of shade and whiteness, especially for dyeing house

Because of good hydrophilicity, it is suitable for softening and antistatic finishing of printed cloth
and leather substrates’ sanding and napping.
