SILISOFT GB-OP680(High Concentration Mercerizing and Smoothing Agent)

High concentration mercerizing and smoothing agent GB-OP680 is multicomponent amino modified
polysiloxane and has a new stereochemical structure. It is mainly for the finishing of the yarns and polyester,
like sweaters, core-spun yarn, wool/polyester fabric, wool acrylic fabric; and velvet fabric, like, coral velvet,
flannel, T/C velvet and cashmere. It’s also for the hand feel finishing of natural fiber and their blended
fabric, like, denim, cotton, linen, silk. It imparts excellent soft, fluffy, smooth and full hand feel to fabric.

Field of Application
☆Suitable for the finishing of velvet fabric and yarn fabric, like, flannel, coral velvet, sweaters,
yarns, core-spun yarn, non-inverted velvet , polyester and acrylic plush. It is also suitable for the
finishing of denim, cotton, linen, silk, T/C and their blended fabric.

☆Dipping:Dosage: 2.0~5.0% (o.w.f)     Temperature: 30~40℃
                   Liquor ratio: 1:10~15            Time: 30mins

Shelf life: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120kg plastic drum
