SOULBIO AF-6 (AEEA free)

pH value:3.5～5.5 (5～10% solution)
Ionicity: Cationic

Dissolving Method
Cold water: Add the flakes in water (30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for
3~5mins, then leave them aside for 1-2hours, stir them again gradually to get an even paste.
Warm water: Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%,
stir them and heat up to desired temperature (≤70℃). Stop heating and keep warm, and stir them until
the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
Note: If you need to dissolve the flakes by heating, please avoid heating for a long time. It is not
recommended to use hot water.

AEEA free
Can be dissolved in cold water and warm water. With good flowability.
Good resistance of salt, alkali, anion and hard water. Good antistatic properties.
Impart an excellent smooth, soft, full and delicate hand feel to the fabric.

Field of Application
Suitable for various fibers, especially for soft finishing of cotton, chemical fiber, silk, yarn and blended
fabrics.
Used for soft finishing in washing plant and dyeing house.

Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping:Dosage:2~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature:40~50℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15 Time: 30mins

Storage and Packing
Shelf life:12 months at room temperature when stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouse. Beware of
heavy pressure to avoid clumping.
