Dissolving Method
Temperature raising: Add the beads in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of
5-10%, stir and heat up to 70~75℃ and stir for 30~60mins again until the beads become an even
paste, then cool it down.
High temperature: Add the beads in water (70~75℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir
for 30-60mins again until the beads become an even paste, then cool it down.

Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping:Dosage:2.0~8.0% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Liquor ratio:1:10~15
Temperature:40~50℃   Time:30min
