SOULBIO HRS(Super fluffy softener)

Dissolving Method
Cold water : Add the flakes in water (30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir
them for 3-5mins, then leave them aside for 1-2hours and stir them again gradually to get an even
paste.
Warm water : Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%,
stir them for 3-5mins , heat up to 50-60℃ and stir them for 30-60mins again until the flakes
become an even paste, then cool it down.
Note: If you need to dissolve the flakes by heating, please avoid heating for a long time. It is not
recommended to use hot water.

Properties
Impart a super fluffy and soft handle to fabric.
Good softness and elastic resilience to fabric.
Very low yellowing.

Field of Application

Especially for coral velvet and towel etc.

Suitable for soft finishing of knitted fabrics, woven fabrics and sweaters etc. And also for cotton, linen,

viscose and blended fabrics.

Application

Padding:Dosage:20~50g/L (10% solution) Temperature:30～40℃

Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips

Dipping:Dosage:2~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Liquor ratio:1:10～15

Temperature:40~50℃

Storage and Packing

Shelf life:12 months at room temperature when stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouse. Beware

of heavy pressure to avoid clumping.
