SOULBIO B-CS(General Cold Water Soluble Softener Beads)

Dissolving Method
Warm water (30℃): Add the beads in water (about 30℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%,
stir them for 3~5min, then leave them aside for 1.5~3 hours, stir the mixture again gradually
to get an even paste.
Temperature raising: Add the beads in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of
5-10%, stir them for 3~5mins, heat up to 50~60℃ and stir them for 30~60mins again until the
beads become an even paste, then cool it down.

Impart good softness, smoothness and fullness hand feel to fabric

Suitable for kinds of fibers and fabrics
Apply for the softening finishing of cotton, T/C, rayon, denim and their blended fabric
For the hand feel finishing of yarns and sweaters
Suitable for washing plants

Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping:Dosage:2~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature:40~50℃
