Field of Application

Particularly be use for raising and napping process, and lubricant for the fiber, and it is
suitable for padding and spray applications.

Fluffy handle, with fine and uniform fleece after raising and napping process.

Can be used as water-based silicone release agent for a variety of moulds.

Used as an additive for maintenance products: such as leather, flooring and furniture polish
products.
Application
High concentration product, it is recommended to use 1:5 ~ 9 dilution
Padding and exhaustion process is recommended
Padding:Dosage:3～6g/L Temperature & Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process:one dip and one pad , Liquid rate 70～90%
Exhaustion:Dosage:1～2%(o.w.f) Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min

Dissolving Method
Charge water directly and dilute to the specified concentration.
Storage and Packing
Shelf life:6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
