Properties
Hydrophilic silicone softener with excellent performance both on hydrophilic and handle ,
gives fabrics a good cooling-touch&smoothness&stiffening hand feeling.
Excellent hydrophilic performance, both on cotton and their blended fabrics.
Low yellowing, self-emulsifying, with good heat resistance, alkali resistance, anion resistance,
shear resistance, dilution stability.
Field of Application

Suitable for cotton, synthetic fiber(e.g. PET)and theirs blended fabric, especially for men’s
wear fabric, with good hydrophilic and lasting hydrophilic effect.
Suitable for the hydrophilic finishing of all kinds of chemical fiber fabrics, such as polyester
and spandex, with good hydrophilic and good slippery.
Good compatibility, no risk of destabilizes emulsions and less risk of oil spot on fabrics.
Application
Padding:Dosage:20～80g/L Temperature& Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process: Liquid rate 70～90%
Exhaustion:Dosage:1.0～5.0%(o.w.f) Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min

Dissolving Method
GB-8140 is self-emulsify silicone emulsion and easy to dilute to the specified concentration.
Storage and Packing
Shelf life:12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
