Dissolving Method
SOULBIO CRS softener is particularly suitable to produce by a simple dilution process. It is
recommended to dilute SOULBIO CRS textile softener to a 5% or 10% stock solution.
Temperature raising: Add CRS (charge by proportion of 5~10%) into water at room
temperature gradually, start heating up to 40~65℃while stir, and keep stirring for 30~60mins until
the flakes complete dissolving, then cool it down to get the solution.
The required amount of water should be set to a temperature of 25–65 °C. Dissolving at low
temperature (25 °C) is possible, but the higher the temperature (up to 40–65 °C), the quicker the
dissolving process.

Very low yellowing, with a high whiteness and minimal shade change on colored fabrics.
Has good resistance of salt, alkali , printing adhesive and hard water.

Field of Application
Suitable for Cotton and their blended fabric, both knitted and woven.
Compare with similar softener, better fluffy and bulky hand feeling will obtain.
