Dissolving Method
Two-step temperature raising (recommended) : Low viscosity, best liquidity
Add the flakes in half of the total water required gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up
to60~65℃ and stir them until the flakes become an even paste (30~60 min), stop heating, add residual
water and stir well, then cool it down.
Temperature raising: Lower viscosity, good liquidity
Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and heat up to
60~65℃ and stir them for 30~60mins again until the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
High temperature: High viscosity, suitable for the requirements of high viscosity
Add the flakes in water (60~65℃) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them for 30-60mins again until
the flakes become an even paste, then cool it down.
Note : 1. The temperature for dissolving the material should not exceed 70℃.
2. It is recommended to use tap water or pure water for dissolving the material. Please use it promptly after
dissolving to avoid deterioration.
3. There is no need to adjust the pH value during the dissolving process. Add acid solution when necessary during
the operation.
Properties
Impart good bulky and soft hand feel to fabric, as well as full hand feel.
Has low yellowing, excellent hydrophilicity and antistaticity.
Has good stability and anti-phenol yellowing property.
Low viscosity and energy-efficient.
Field of Application
Suitable for all kinds of fibers and fabrics, especially for the fabric which have strict requirements of
shade and whiteness.

Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
Dipping:Dosage:2~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution)

Storage and Packing
Shelf life:12 months when stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouse. Do not stack for a long time or
subject to heavy pressure.
Packing:25kg plastic woven bag.
