SOULBIO TC is compound of fatty acid amine epoxide, which can give good soft to fabric.
And this softener flake is specialized in acrylic and synthetic fibre with very good softness
and smoothness.

Properties:

Application:

Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temperature: 30~40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

Dipping:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40~50℃ Time: 30 mins

Dissolving Method:

Add the flakes in water (room temperature) gradually in the proportion of 5-10%, stir them and
heat up to 75-80℃ and stir them for 30-60mins again until the flakes become an even paste,
then cool it down.

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
