Softener PE-100 is designed for cotton, linen, silk and blended fabric softening and hydrophilic finishing treatment with excellent hydrophilic, excellent antistatic and low
foaming properties.

Properties:

1.Impart soft and smooth handle to fabric.

2.Treated materials with good hydrophilic and rewetting property.

3.Low foaming.

Application:

Padding:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10%solution) Temperature: 30~40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

Dipping:
Dosage: 3~10% (o.w.f) (10%solution)

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 40~50℃

Time: 30mins

Dissolving Method:

Add the product (10~50%) in water (30℃) gradually, stir the mixture (for about 30-60mins) until it completely dissolved in even paste.

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
