Dissolving Method:
Add one partQS-318 into container first, add one part water (roomtemp.) while stirring, stir for 30mins until themixture turn into transparent liquid, then add the rest 3 parts water, stir for another 30mins until fully dissolving.
Properties:
1. Give fabric outstanding soft, smooth, rebound, soft handle;
2. Has very good salt and alkali resistant, anionic resistance and heat stability;
3. Give very good hydrophilic and antistatic property;
4. Can be re-dyed without removing the softener;
5. no yellowing, had no adverse effect on fabric whiteness and color shade
Field of Application:
1. Suitable for cotton, cotton/polyester, knitted fabric, woven fabric of hydrophilic, soft, smooth finishing;
2. Apply to the hydrophilic and softening treatment of towel fabric;
3. Applicable to the dye house and washing factory
Application:
1. Padding:Dosage:20～50g/L(QS-318:water = 1:4 )
Temperature:roomtemp.
Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping:Dosage:2～10%(o.w.f)
Temperature:30～40℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15

Storage and Packing:
1. Shelf life :12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
2. Packing :120kg plastic drum
