Dissolving Method:
Add the product (5~10%) in water (30 ℃) gradually, stir the mixture (for about 30~60 mins) until it completely dissolved in even paste.
Properties:
1. Impart soft, smooth handle to fabric.
2. Treated materials with good hydrophilic and rewetting property.
3. Low foaming.
Field of Application:
1. Applied to softening and hydrophilic finishing of cotton, linen, silk and blended fabric.
2. Applied to napping, fluffing and antistatic finishing of fabric.
Field of Application:
1. Padding:Dosage: 20～30 g/L
Temperature:30～40℃
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping:Dosage: 3～10%(o.w.f) (10% solution)
Liquor ratio: 1:10～15
Temperature: 40～50℃
Time: 30min
Storage and Packing:
1. Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
2. Packing: 120kg plastic drum.
