Low Yellowing With Good Hand Feel Silicone For Washing Plant Softening DSY - 821

DSY-821 is applied to softening finishing of polyester, cotton, linen and their blended materials including yarn, sweaters, socks.

Chemical Composition:

Special multi-component copolymerized silicone

Technical Specification:

Properties:

1. Impart soft, fluffy, smooth and elastic resilience handle to fabric

2. Good salt and alkali resistance, anionic and hard water resistance

3. Good heat-resistance stability

4. Low yellowing

Field of Application:

Applied to softening finishing of polyester, cotton, linen and their blended materials including yarn, sweaters, socks;Also suitable for washing plant softening.

Application:

1. Padding: Dosage: 10～15g/L
Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads.

2. Dipping: Dosage: 2～5% (o.w.f)

Temperature: 30～40℃
Time: 30mins

Liquor ratio: 1:10～15

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
