HR-301 is high concentration soft and smoothing agent with good and easy protection and stretching ability, piloerection lasting performance.

Chemical Composition:

Special features diverse group of silicone complexation

Properties:

1. To give fabrics super soft, drape, smooth and fluffy hand feeling

2. To give PV velvet, cashmere, flannel, coral velvet soft, smooth hand feeling

3. With good and easy protection and stretching ability, piloerection lasting performance

4. Have good and easy decontamination and antistatic properties

5. Low yellowing

Field of Application:

1. For the soft, fluffy and smooth finishing treatment of PV velvet, cashmere, flannel and coral velvet

2. Also for the smooth and soft finishing treatment of polyester, acrylic, wool sweaters and yarn

Application:

1. Dilute HR-301 with pure water in the proportion of 1:4-6, then applied to the fabrics

2. Dipping:

Flannel Fabrics Dosage :1～6 %(o.w.f),roomtemperature
Sweaters, hank Dosage :8～12 %(o.w.f),roomtemperature

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
