Multi - functional Silicone For Dyeing Factory And Washing Plant MY - 80

MY-80 gives soft, fluffy and smooth hand feel to polyeater, cotton, hemp and its blended fabric.

Chemical Composition:

Multicomponent modified amino-polysiloxane copolymer

Technical Specification:

Properties:

1. Can be diluted in any proportion in the water

2. To give soft, fluffy and smooth hand feel to polyeater, cotton, hemp and its blended fabric

3. Good salt and alkali resistance

4. Hydrophilic and very low yellowing

Field of Application:

Applied to softening finishing of polyester, cotton, linen and their blended materials including yarn, sweaters, socks, dyeing factory and washing factory are both suitable.

Application:

1. Padding:Dosage: 20～100g/L (30% emulsion)

Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping:Dosage: 2～10 %(o.w.f) (30% emulsion)

Temperature: 30~40℃
Ratio: 1:10～15

Time: 30mins

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
