QS-218 is for flexible finishing treatment of cotton, chemical fibre and blended fabric, especially for plush fabric finishing.

Properties:

1. Impart fabrics soft, smooth and elastic resilience

2. Good salt, alkali and anionic resistance and heat stability

3. Good hydrophilic and antistatic properties

4. The dyed fabric can be re-stained without removing softener

5. Very low yellowing, minimal impact on the whiteness and color of fabric
|
Field of Application:
1. Apply to cotton, cotton/polyester knitted and woven fabrics hydrophilic soft finishing
2. Also applies to the towel fabric hydrophilic soft finishing
3. Suitable for dyeing house and laundry house
Application:
1. Padding: Dosage: 20～50g/L (QS-218:water = 1:2)
Temperature: room temperature
Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping: Dosage: 2～10 %(o.w.f) (QS-218:water = 1:2)
Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor Ratio: 1:10～15
Time: 30 mins
Storage and Packing:
Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120kg plastic drum
Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
