Amino Silicone Oil Softener With Smooth Hand Feel SO - 2100 Series

Chemical Composition:

Multi-component amino-modified polysiloxane

Properties:

1. Impart smooth handle to cotton, wool, linen and blended fabre

2. Impart special wax, elastic and full handle to fabric

3. Impart antistatic, washability and low yellowing properties to fabric

Field of Application:

Applied to softening finishing of cotton, wool, linen, polyester and their blended fabric

Application:

1. Padding: Dosage: 10～15g/L (30% emulsion)

Temperature: room temperature

Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping: Dosage: 2～5 % (o.w.f) (30% emulsion)

Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor Ratio: 1:10～15

Time: 30 mins

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum

Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
