Product Description

High Concentration Hydrophilic Silicone Softener PE - 100 For Hydrophilic Softening

Chemical Composition: Quarter fatty amide compound

Technical Specification

Appearance	pale yellow or yellowish brown viscous liquid
PH Value	3~4 (5~10% solution)

Dissolving Method

Add the product (5~10%) in water (30℃) gradually, stir the mixture (for about 30~60 mins) untill it completely dissolved in even paste.

Properties

1. Impart soft, smooth handle to fabric

2. Treated materials with good hydrophilic and rewetting property

3. Low foaming

Field of Application

1. Applied to softening and hydrophilic finishing of cotton, linen, silk and blended fabric

2. Applied to napping, fluffing and antistatic finishing of fabric

Application

1. Padding: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution)

Temperature: 30~40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping: Dosage: 3~10% (o.w.f.) (10% solution)

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Temperature: 40~50℃

Time: 30 mins

Storage and Packing

Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum
