Dissolving Method
Add XPE-800 into container gradually in proportion, add water while stirring, and stir them for 30 mins again until the mixture fully dissolving, then filter and discharge

3. To give fabrics excellent fluffy, soft, rebound and smooth hand feeling

6. Little impact on the whiteness and colour of fabric

Field of Application
1. Applied to the hydrophilic, fluffy and soft finishing treatment of cotton, T/C knitted and woven fabrics
2. Suitable for the hydrophilic, fluffy and soft finishing treatment of towel fabric
3. More suitable for the cotton with hydrophilic emerizing and fuzzing agent, especially for emerizing and fuzzing of high salt and alkaline dyeing fabric
4. Can be used in cylinder as a softener
5. Can be used in the setting machine of dyeing house
6. Also used for washing house and cheese
Application
1. Padding: Dosage: 20~50 g/L (XPE-800:water = 1:9)
Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping: Dosage: 2~10% (o.w.f.)
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Temperature: 30~40℃
Time: 30 mins
Storage and Packing:
1. Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
2. Packing: 120kg plastic drum
Notice: Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application.
