Technical Specification:

Dissolving Method:

Add one part QR-518 into container first, add one part water (room temperature) while stirring, stir for 30 mins until the mixture turn into transparent liquid, then add the rest two parts water, stir for another 30 mins until fully dissolving.

Properties:

Field of Application: 

1. Suitable for all kinds of chemical fibres of soft, slippery, fluffy and rebound finishing

2. Apply to the raising, sanding finishing of all kinds of velvets and softening finishing of yarn and sweaters

3. Apply to softening finishing of cotton, linen, viscose and blended fabrics

4. Applicable to both dyeing houses and washing plants 

Application:

1. Padding: Dosage: 20~50g/L (QR-518:water=1:3)

                   Temperature: room temperature

                   Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping: Dosage: 2~10% (o.w.f) 

                  Temperature: 30~40℃

                  Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15

                  Time: 30 mins

Storage and Packing:

1. Shelf life: 6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

2. Packing: 120kg plastic drum
