Founded in 1992, Global Chemicals International .is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong. As for our R&D and production base, Dongguan Proamine Chemicals Co., Ltd is situated. in the city of Dongguan, the central region of the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province, established in 1994, covers an area of more than 100 mu, including R&D and Testing Center, modern production complex and comprehensive office building with a total area of 70,000 square meters. Dongguan Proamine Chemicals passed ISO9001 QMS certification in 2001 and ISO14001 EMS certification in 2016, and became a partner of Bluesign® system in 2022.
Our R&D and Testing Center is equipped with advanced R&D synthesis equipment and testing application instruments, and has an experienced R&D Team and Applied Technology Service Team. The R&D Team aims to achieve independent research and development of new products。We highly value technical innovations, and establish partnership with famous domestic research institutions and universities for technical cooperation. In 2003, we established the first national Post-Doctoral Research Center in Dongguan, and successively cooperated with Tsinghua University, Donghua University, South China University of Technology and Wuhan Textile University to jointly develop new products of textile softener.
Our product mix includes softener flakes/ beads, silicone oil/ emulsions, ester guaternary softener and other auxiliary products, have passed GOTS, ZDHC ,ECO-passport and Bluesign APPROVD certifications, used in cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and various blended fibers and fabrics, suitable for yarn dyeing and finishing, dyeing and finishing of knitted and woven chemical fibers, and garment washing, giving the fabrics soft, smooth, fluffy, plump and other fine hand feel, and increasing the flexibility of the fabrics, to achieve a variety of fabric soft finishing effects required by corporate customers.
We have the largest textile softener production base of its kind in China, 18 automatic production lines, equipped with the largest reaction equipment in the industry, automatic information control system, and apply multiple liquid raw material tanks to simplify production operations, to improve production efficiency, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction, with an annual output of 60,000 tons.
Quality is our lifeline. We have a highly-qualified Quality Management Team to implement five tests from the procuring materials to delivering finished prouducts to ensure the delivery of qualified products to the customers. Over the years, we have achieved strict use of materials, quality control in place, and traceable products in the whole process. Now, Global Chemicals’ products are famous in the industry for their top and stable quality. Meanwhile, our Applied Technology Service Team can provide comprehensive application solutions according to different fabrics and processes of the corporate customers, and provide them with professional and fast application services to ensure that corporate customers buying our products with confidence and using them with ease.
