  • What is the recommended dissolving method for RT-D softener flakes?
    You can dissolve RT-D flakes by either raising the temperature gradually to 70-75°C or adding them directly to water at 70-75°C, stirring for 30-60 minutes until a smooth paste forms, then cooling it down.
  • How is RT-D applied in padding and dipping processes?
    For padding, use 20-30 g/L of a 10% solution at 30-40°C with one or two dips and pads. For dipping, use 3-8% (o.w.f.) of a 10% solution at 40-50°C with a liquor ratio of 1:10-15 for 30 minutes.
  • What are the storage conditions for RT-D softener flakes?
    Store RT-D in a cool, dry, and shaded warehouse to maintain its quality for up to 12 months. It comes in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling.
