  • How do I dissolve the Weak Cationic / Nonionic Softener Flakes?
    You can dissolve the flakes by either raising the temperature (add to room temperature water, heat to 70~75℃, stir for 30~60 mins) or using high temperature (add to 70~75℃ water, stir for 30~60 mins). Both methods result in an even paste.
  • What are the application methods for these softener flakes?
    The flakes can be applied via padding (20~30g/L at 30~40℃) or dipping (3~8% o.w.f. at 40~50℃ for 30 mins). Always check compatibility with other auxiliaries before use.
