Smooth Block Silicone HQ-198

HQ-198 has a new stereo chemical structure and is a new type of block macro siloxane material. It's mainly used for the finishing of natural fiber,synthetic fiber and their blended fabric. Impart super softness to fabric

Properties:

1.Good stabilities,has good resistance of salt,alkali,high temperature and shearing

2.Give excellent smoothness and softness effect to sweaters ,corn-spun yarn,wool,cashmere,coral velvet,flannel fabric;cotton,T/C,debim and chemical fiber

Can be formulated with other softeners to improve the smoothness of products.For example ,formulating with different proportion of silicone softeners such as HQ-168,silisoft 180 and HS-360,can reach smooth ,soft,fluffy and resilient hand feel to different fabrics

Field of Application:

Application: Recommended usage: 1:5

1. Padding: Dosage: 5~20g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

2. Dipping:Dosage: 1-4% (o.w.f)(after diluted) Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio:1:10～15 Time:30mins

Dissolving method:

Add silicone in the container then add the same proportion water of the silicone slowly while stirring.After stirring evenly ,add the same proportion water of the silicone again .Add the rest of water of stir it after stirring evenly

Storage and Packing:

Shelf life: 6 months when stored in cool. dry and shaed warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum
