SILISOFT GB-HQ106(Hydrophilic Block Silicone for Chemical Fiber)

GB-HQ106 is a new block silicone. It has a brand-new molecular structure and is a quaternized modified multi-copolymeric silicone softener. The chemical fiber has good hydrophilicity with soft and smooth hand feel after using GB-HQ106. It is widely used in polyester, nylon, spandex and their blended chemical fiber fabric. And it’s also for the finishing of cotton, T/C fabric and denim.

☆ Formulated with other silicones, can achieve different hand feel style and hydrophilic effect
☆ Hydrophilicity is stable, will not decrease by time
☆ Good stability. Has good resistance of high temperature, acid, alkali and shearing
☆ Has no effect on the shade of fabric, and can be re-dyed without removing the softener

Application
Recommended usage: GB-HQ106: water=1:4
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5～30g/L(after diluted)
Process: one dip one nip or two dips two nips
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1.0~5.0% (o.w.f) (after diluted)

Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Time: 30mins

Shelf life: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120kg plastic drum
