Chemical Composition
Emulsion of amino polyether modified polysiloxane
Appearance:Milky white liquid
Ionicity:weak cationic
pH value:4.0～6.0
Active Contain:32.0±1.5%

Properties
Macro emulsion of Super-smooth softener with good stability;
Ultra-low solvent content provide better protect fiber and lower strength-loss;
Low yellowing, no color change after finishing;
Give chemical fiber/fabric excellent smoothness, with good fluffy and elastic as well.

Field of Application
☆ It can also be used for PES and their blended fabric, both knitting (Velvet/fleece) and woven;
☆ Especially suitable for chemical yarn and their blended yarns to achieve excellent
smooth/elastic handle.

Dissolving Method
Use directly, or add water directly and dilute to the specified concentration.

Application
It can be used directly or after dilution.
Padding:Dosage:5～30g/L

Temperature& Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process: Liquid rate 70～90%
Exhaustion:Dosage:0.5～3.0%(o.w.f)

Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min
