Properties
Silicone slippery fluid which meet SVHC free regulatory requirements;
Give the fabric excellent smoothness, with good soft touch as well;
Especially suitable for polyester wool-like products to get excellent dry smoothness.

Suitable for cotton, polyester, Rayon and their blended fabric&yarn, and achieve excellent
slippery& soft handle.

Dissolving Method
GB-HQ800L is self-emulsify silicone fluid. It can get a dilution by:
Way 1: charge water directly and slowly (Step by step) to get a micro emulsion;
Way 2: charge 5~10% emulsifier (Such as BASF Lutensol TO5) and then charge water slowly and
easy to get a micro emulsion after emulsification and dilution.

Application
It is recommended to use by the Dilution. Application listed as a 33.3% dilution:
Padding:Dosage:10～30g/L Temperature& Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process: Liquid rate 70～90%
Exhaustion:Dosage:1.0～3.0%(o.w.f) Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min
(The above process is for reference only, and the actual process needs to be determined by fabric
and equipments.)

Storage and Packing
Shelf life:6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
