Properties
Hydrophilic silicone oil, self-emulsifying, with good smoothness and inner soft handle；
It is hydrophilic on cotton, cotton blended fabric and other fabrics, and the hydrophilicity
does not decrease over time；
Low yellowing, no color change after finishing and with good stability.

Field of Application
Suitable for cotton, rayon and its blended fabric, of hydrophilic, soft, smooth finishing；
High dosage used on cotton knitting fabrics can obtain excellent smoothness handle.

Dissolving Method
GB-HQ140 is self-emulsify silicone oil and become a nearly transparent emulsion after simple
emulsification and dilution. But charging 10~20% emulsifier to get more economical and stable
dilution is recommended.
Process recommended 1: charge 20KG emulsifier(Such as BASF Lutensol TO-8) and 200KG GB-HQ140
into the container, stir for 15min, then charge the mixture of 1KG Acetic Acid and 99KG deionized water
slowly, and slowly add 680kg water by 1hour. Make sure stir well at every step and a 20%
concentration emulsion was gotten.
Process recommended 2: charge 200KG GB-HQ140, 1KG Acetic Acid and 799KG deionized water into
the container, stir for 90min and Make sure stir well to get a 20% concentration emulsion.

Application(Taking a 20% concentration emulsion as an example)
Padding:Dosage:20～60g/L Temperature& Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process:one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads , Liquid rate 70～90%
Dipping:Dosage:0.5～4.0%(o.w.f) Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min

according to factors such as fabric types and equipments.)

Storage and Packing
Shelf life:6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
Packing:120kg plastic drum.
