Properties
High-concentration hydrophilic silicone emulsion, with excellent stability(heat resistance,
alkali resistance, shear resistance, dilution stability, easy to re-dyeing);
Give treated fabric with super fluffy and elastic&soft handle style, ;
Low yellowing, no color change and hydrophilic performance after finishing;
Field of Application
Suitable for Cotton and their blended fabric, both knitting and woven;
Especially suitable for handle finishing of cotton & T/C woven printing fabrics
Outstanding elastic & slippery& soft performance slippery after treated, as well as
hydrophilic performance;
Suitable for exhaustion/Overflow and padding process.
Application
It’s recommended to use by 25% dilution (25%GB-HQ119+75% Deionized water) and It can be
used alone or in combination after dilution. The application of 25% dilution list as follow:
Padding:Dosage:5～50g/L Temperature& Time:150～180℃×30～90s
Process: Liquid rate 70～90%
Exhaustion:Dosage:0.5～5.0%(o.w.f) Temperature& Time:30～40℃×15～30min
(The above process is for reference only, and the actual process needs to be determined by fabric and equipments.)
Dissolving Method
Charge calculated water directly and slowly (Step by step) to get a micro emulsion.
Storage and Packing
Shelf life:6 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse.
